Monday – Friday: After School Program (6-12 yrs.)
Time: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Tuesday – Thursday: Tiny Tiger Program (4-6 yrs.)
Time: 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Monday – Wednesday: Kids Life Skills Martial Arts Program (7-12 yrs.)
Time: 6:15 pm – 6:50 pm
Monday – Wednesday: Fitness Adult Martial Arts and Self-Defense Program (13 yrs. and up)
Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Note: Friday General Classes for the whole family. Children ages 4-6 yrs. must have a parent participate to be accepted into this class 5:15 pm
